SHIPPING COSTS

We use all UPS shipping solutions to provide the best possible service to our customer. Orders usually ship within 7-10 business days (if we have to order any of your items). We are unable to ship International orders at this time. Products cannot be shipped outside the US at this time.

Our flat rate shipping is $4.99 for every order under $100. We will ship via UPS Ground, UPS SurePost or UPS Mail Innovations depending on the items you order.

We offer expedited shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day, etc.) upon request. Because of the nature of our products and the various sizes and weights, expedited shipping costs can vary greatly. If you are interested in expedited shipping, please contact our customer service department at 1-866-727-8218.

TAX

Orders shipping to the state of Arkansas are subject to state and local sales tax.

States other than Arkansas: no sales tax.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days with the following necessary exceptions:

  • Customer must pay for shipping on returns. No postage due returns will be accepted and no credits will be issued for shipping charges.
  • Items must be returned 30 days from receipt of merchandise in its original packaging and original unused and resalable condition. Laundered items or items missing manufacturer tags cannot be returned. Please be sure the UPC tags are attached to the returned items.
  • Shoe returns and other boxed items must be inside untaped, undamaged box in which they were originally packaged. Please do not tape or attach postage directly to the box.
  • Embroidered sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Glove sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns that are not in a re-sellable condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you’re not satisfied with some of the items you ordered, we want to make your return as easy as possible. Repackage the returns in the original shipping container if it’s still handy, and ship the items to:

Please fill out the return form on the back of your invoice or enclose a note with your order number and name, to help us process your return more quickly. The cost of returned items will be refunded to your original payment instrument (credit card, paypal, etc.) as soon as possible.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, feel free to place a replacement order on our website immediately, or you may wait until we have processed your return and refunded the cost of your items.
